Within this health & quality charter you will find the daily measures we are implementing for this purpose.
Prepared in collaboration with our occupational health doctor, this charter goes beyond the sanitary measures outlined by the government.
POINT OF CONTACT
To ensure compliance with the measures being implemented, and in order to be able to answer questions from both customers and employees, a point of contact has been appointed internally.
RE-LETTING INTERVAL
We respect a minimum period of 4 hours between each client before handing over a room for rental.
STAFF
All our staff have been provided with personal protective equipment and have been trained in disinfection procedures.
CLEANING
Disinfection procedures have been increased for contact points in guest rooms and communal areas.
PREVENTATIVE ACTIONS
In guest rooms, all documentation and coat-hangers have been removed. This is to help prevent the spread of infection by limiting contamination risks and sources.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
In communal spaces, the wearing of face masks is obligatory. Floor markings are in place to facilitate social distancing and hydroalcoholic hand gels are also available.
LAUNDRY
Our local laundry service supplier, Betty Blanc, treats all our laundry in compliance with the highest of industry standards
GUEST ROOMS AND BATHROOMS
We use viricidal cleaning products to disinfect all guest rooms and bathrooms. These products comply with the EU 14476 standard.
PAYMENT
To limit the risk of contamination, we use remote validation invoicing and dematerialised payment methods, both of which can be accessed via your PC or smartphone
DINING
Breakfast and room service are available, in accordance with current regulations
LOCAL PRODUCE
In line with our commitment to responsible and reasonable consumption, and short food supply chains, we will continue to use local producers.
BICYCLES
